will take place at the Girl Guide Camp at Carruther's Point on Wednesday June 9th. Please bring your own plate, cup, cutlery and a dish to share. Hot tea and juice will be provided. We will gather between 5:00pm and 6:00pm and eat at 6:00pm.

The congregations of Chalmers United Church and Sydenham Street United Church will join together for worship during the summer months.

Worship will take place every Sunday, 10:30am, at

Sydenham Street United Church on July 4, 11, 18, 25, and on August 1st and at

Chalmers United Church on August 8, 15, 22, 29 and on September 5th.

On Sunday June 20th following the worship service we will have an

Ice Cream & Strawberry Social in celebration of World Refugee Day.

Please plan to attend and learn more about our Colombian refugee family and the plight of refugees around the world.

All are welcome! Proceeds will go to the Refugee Project Fund.

After 44 years of service to Chalmers Church, Dr. David Cameron is retiring in June.

On Sunday June 13th, 10:30am, we will celebrate Dr. David Cameron's last worship service after 44 years at Chalmers. The service will feature special music.  A presentation will follow the service.

Singers are invited to join an augmented choir. Please contact David (cdc@queensu.ca) to receive information about the music to be sung and the Saturday rehearsal.

After 44 years of service to Chalmers Church, Dr. David Cameron is retiring in June.

On Saturday June 12th, at 6pm we will have a celebratory dinner for David at the Ambassador Hotel, 1550 Princess St, Kingston. Join your old friends as we pay tribute to David, and recall what a remarkable influence he has had on our lives.

$48 per person, cash bar.

On Sunday June 6th, the Annual Congregational Meeting will take place in Sanctuary following the worship service. The meeting will be broadcast on the internet.

Childcare will be available.

On Sunday June 13 after the worship service the Christian Education Committee will host our Annual Church Potluck Picnic at the home of the Faris family on 76 MacDonnell St.

All are welcome to join us after the worship service. We will have Games, Food, Fun and Fellowship for all ages.

Hamburgers, Hotdogs and Lemonade will be provided. Please bring a salad or dessert to share.
