Women's Noon Hour Discussion Group
The Tuesday Noon Discussion Group has met for several years. The 20 or so women enjoy discussing thought-provoking books together.
In the fall we studied The First Christmas by Marcus Borg and John Dominic Crossan, followed by Christ of the Celts by J. Philip Newell. For lent the study book is The Promise of Paradox by Parker J. Palmer. Books are chosen by the participants checking the reviews in the newspapers and religious magazines.
In the summer, we are refreshed with outings to the cottages of some of the participants.
